Role Summary

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in assisting the Store Manager to meet sales targets, enhance team performance, and ensure smooth store operations.

This position requires leading by example and motivating the team to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service, all while embodying the company's culture and values.

In the absence of the Store Manager, the Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the execution of strategies aimed at achieving the store's sales and profit objectives.

Manage all aspects of store operations, including:
opening and closing duties, maintaining store cleanliness, restocking and merchandising, providing customer service, and supervising the team.

Delivering outstanding customer service and mentoring the team accordingly.

Adhering to all corporate directives regarding store operations.

Processing transactions at the point of sale.

Complying with all company policies and procedures.

Assisting the Store Manager in ensuring adherence to company standards as outlined in the employee manual.

Carrying out additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of retail experience in a supervisory capacity

High school diploma or equivalent

Exceptional sales and customer service skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Capability to delegate responsibilities and take initiative

Ability to lead a team in a positive and inclusive manner

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for extended periods and climb ladders.

Must be able to move, lift, and handle merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds throughout the store.

Availability Requirements:
Must be available for days, evenings, and weekends.

The expected wage range for this position is between $21.00 to $22.90.
