Job Title: Training and Development Specialist

Job Summary:

The Training and Development Specialist at AnovoRx Group LLC is responsible for maintaining the standards of talent within the company's Specialty Pharmacy division. This includes providing comprehensive training at the start of employment and as needed throughout employment. The specialist works closely with Pharmacy leadership to determine areas for employee improvement, develops training courses for new and existing employees, and establishes methods to track employee performance after the completion of training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Continually assess training needs of the Pharmacy team and company as a whole.
  2. Conduct employee surveys and interviews.
  3. Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
  4. Track and compile collected data.
  5. Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
  6. Communicate training needs and online resources.
  7. Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
  8. Utilize resources for instructional technology.
  9. Test and review created materials.
  10. Maintain a database of all training materials.
  11. Instruct employee training and onboarding.
  12. Conduct training through presentations, recordings, module development, etc.
  13. Review employee performance and learning.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, instructional design, or a related field.
  2. Certification from talent and training associations (preferred).
  3. Two (2) years' previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position (preferred).
  4. Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional design software.
  5. Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
  6. Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects.
  7. Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
  8. Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules.
  9. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  10. Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
  11. Encouraging to the team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
  12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  13. Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
