We are on the lookout for a skilled, bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant to achieve sales objectives for both new and pre-owned vehicles at Lewis. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service and sales capabilities to thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve a minimum sales volume of vehicles each month in line with company expectations.
- Process sales documentation and orders in accordance with company guidelines.
- Participate in required training sessions related to products and sales techniques.
- Stay informed about industry products and services.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards consistently.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- No previous automotive sales experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Experience in the hospitality or restaurant sectors is welcomed.
- Self-driven with excellent communication skills.
- Preferred experience in developing a client base.
- Interest in keeping abreast of industry developments.
Preferred Experience:
- Two to four years of relevant experience or equivalent educational background.
