Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Creator Products team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a product roadmap that meets the needs of our creators and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for and obsess over Audible's creators, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences are exceptional.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and creator needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver software products that meet creator requirements.
  • Use data-driven decision making to inform product development and drive business growth.
  • Communicate product metrics and insights to stakeholders, showcasing the impact of product decisions.
  • Identify new opportunities for creator products and services, driving innovation and growth.
  • Lead tradeoff discussions to produce actionable decisions that balance business needs with creator requirements.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant product management experience in consumer technology.
  • Experience maintaining a product roadmap and leading delivery of software products.
  • Demonstrated experience in agile, lean product management processes on high-velocity teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Product experience with creators, rights holders, spoken word technology, or in two-sided marketplaces.
  • Go-to-market experience with consumer tech products.
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs, and evaluate ambiguous new ideas.
  • Demonstrated data-driven product leadership.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills that allow you to work with both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, autonomously, and cross-functionally.
