You will report directly to the Senior Director of Product Management overseeing The Sims franchise.

Preferred Locations (Hybrid):
Redwood City, Seattle, Vancouver, Toronto

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the ideation, assessment, and execution of innovative revenue-generating initiatives for The Sims
  • Formulate financial models and business proposals for new features within The Sims ecosystem
  • Work in close collaboration with diverse teams, including commercial, marketing, production, design, and analytics, to capitalize on innovative opportunities
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of growth strategies and enhance the product
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and developments to senior management and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Business Analysis, with a focus on revenue generation or live services
  • Proven history of launching and managing revenue-generating products within the gaming sector
  • Strong analytical skills, adept at deriving actionable insights from data
  • Experience in financial modeling and forecasting
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline
  • Genuine passion for games, particularly Life Simulation titles

COMPENSATION RANGE

California: $140,700 - $204,700 USD Annually

British Columbia: $107,600 - $147,100 CAN Annually

Washington: $125,300 - $198,100 USD Annually

Note: Base salary is just one aspect of the total compensation package at EA, which includes a variety of benefits such as paid time off, parental leave, insurance coverage, and retirement plans.
