Position Summary:

At Vail Resorts, we prioritize service excellence, and our Food and Beverage team plays a crucial role in delivering remarkable experiences. As a Restaurant Operations Leader, you will oversee dining services, assist management with operational tasks, foster teamwork among staff, and uphold service standards to guarantee an outstanding experience for our patrons.

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Compensation: $23.26 per hour
  • Availability: Full-Time
  • Experience Level: Advanced

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to guest needs, ensuring prompt, friendly, and professional service.
  • Manage communication via phone and radio, collaborating with team members to maintain dining areas, including setup and clearing of tables as necessary.
  • Support operations on the floor or in the kitchen as required to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist in training staff and provide constructive feedback.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations relevant to restaurant operations for employees and guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the restaurant and equipment through regular inspections and adherence to maintenance protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in restaurant management or customer service is essential.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficient in working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $23.26 per hour. Compensation decisions are based on various factors.
