Primary Responsibilities:
  • Legal Guidance and Compliance: - Offer legal advice to top management - Guarantee compliance with applicable laws and regulations - Formulate legal policies to reduce risks
  • Corporate Governance: - Supervise corporate governance protocols - Draft and assess corporate documentation

  • Capability to manage multiple initiatives
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity
