Senior Market Research Analyst

Position Overview:
The Senior Market Intelligence Analyst is responsible for acquiring, structuring, and interpreting market-related data from both internal and external sources. This role demands advanced analytical skills and extensive technical knowledge within the industry. The analyst will devise innovative strategies to tackle complex challenges and will operate with minimal supervision. Additionally, this position includes mentoring and potentially overseeing junior team members.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting market research and analysis, specifically within the Federal Government Services sector.
- At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing analytical initiatives.
- Proven experience in creating executive-level presentation materials and articulating analytical findings.
- Familiarity with the Federal Procurement Data System, GovWin, DACIS, and other governmental or third-party data sources.
- Understanding of key Defense missions, including cyber operations, artificial intelligence, and digital warfare.
- Proficient in identifying, sourcing, and analyzing data to uncover trends, draw insights, and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to navigate Defense budget documents, including Budget Requests, appropriations, and the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building and maintaining professional networks, both internally and externally.
- Skills in data visualization, particularly in transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable presentations with intuitive charts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
