The Senior Market Insights Analyst is responsible for gathering, structuring, and interpreting market data from both internal and external channels. Utilizing advanced analytical skills and comprehensive industry knowledge, this role develops creative solutions to intricate challenges while working with minimal supervision. The analyst will also provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research and analysis, specifically within the Federal Government Services sector.
- Proven track record of leading and managing analytical initiatives for at least 5 years.
- Expertise in creating executive-level presentation materials and articulating analytical findings.
- Familiarity with resources such as the Federal Procurement Data System, GovWin, DACIS, and other governmental or third-party tools.
- Understanding of key Defense missions, including cyber operations, artificial intelligence, and digital warfare.
- Capability to identify, source, and analyze data from various resources, discerning trends and insights to support critical business decisions.
- Experience navigating Defense budget documents, including Budget Requests, appropriations, and the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building and maintaining professional networks both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in data visualization techniques, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable presentations with effective charts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
