About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Counterintelligence Analyst, Senior to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Counterintelligence Analyst, Senior, you will play a critical role in supporting our corporate risk mitigation decisions by conducting defensive counterintelligence tasks and providing actionable intelligence to our leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis of disparate data sources to determine context and identify risk
  • Develop due diligence and risk assessments to provide actionable intelligence to leadership
  • Conduct security briefings and debriefings, including those involving international travelers, to assess risk and promote general counterintelligence awareness and education
  • Conduct incident response with a customer-service mindset, working in a fast-paced environment with little supervision while maintaining attention to a high level of detail
  • Provide time-critical recommendations to leadership, often under pressure
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience with counterintelligence analysis or investigations within DoD or the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • 6+ years of experience with conducting briefings, presentations, and liaison activities with IC, DoD, or cleared academia and cleared industry
  • Experience with conducting peer reviews and editing draft products
  • Knowledge of IC analytic and tradecraft standards in accordance with ICD 203
  • Ability to conduct classified and unclassified research using IC research tools
  • Ability to multitask and make decisions based on various contextual data sets
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with supply chain risk management (SCRM), including assessing system and component criticality, mapping supply chains, identifying critical suppliers, assessing supply chain threat and vulnerability assessment, and conducting risk identification and mitigation
  • Experience with open-source intelligence (OSINT) or managed attribution research
  • Knowledge of the defense industrial base (DIB)
  • Bachelor's degree
