Job Description:

The Office Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the EVS department. This includes coordinating office operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Analyze and coordinate office operations, including bookkeeping, payroll preparation, personnel management, information management, filing systems, supply requisitioning, and other clerical services
  • Improve office efficiency through proficient use of software applications
  • Research and develop resources to streamline workflow
  • Establish uniform correspondence procedures and style practices
  • Formulate procedures for record retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal
  • Plan office layout, develop budget, and initiate cost reduction programs
  • Review records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Prepare activity reports for mentorship of management
  • Coordinate activities of various departments or workers within the department
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency required; demonstrated administrative ability
  • Effective communication in written format and oral presentations
  • Prioritization and establishment of timelines
  • Maintaining organization in a changing environment
  • Initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership
  • Detailed knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
  • Proficient in Windows-based office software, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
