About the Position
We are in search of a Key Account Coordinator who will play a crucial role in facilitating and driving the success of FARMACY's ambitious growth objectives. This position is essential in ensuring that our retailers and distributors worldwide receive the appropriate assets, information, and products at the optimal time. The coordinator will oversee daily operations related to new product forms, sampling, visual merchandising, and updates to product pages. We are looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented relationship builder who values operational excellence. Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Brand Marketing, and Operations, as well as external partners like account managers at retailers, will be key. The coordinator will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. New Product Launch Coordination: Oversee all logistical aspects for upcoming product launches, with a primary deliverable being New Product Forms.
  2. Retailer Maintenance: Ensure that product pages are consistently updated with the latest assets and copy for assigned retailers and distributors, maintaining alignment with local naming conventions. Manage updates for existing SKUs.
  3. Sampling Management: Handle purchase orders for the global sampling strategy.
  4. Visual Merchandising Coordination: Manage file organization and submission processes to retailers and distributors.
  5. Sales & Marketing Support: Provide assistance with compensation requests, product detail inquiries, digital and social asset requests, and general troubleshooting to meet retailer and distributor needs.

Qualifications

  • Ideally, one year of professional experience.
  • A minimum of one professional internship experience, preferably in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Experience managing accounts with Amazon, Sephora, or international retailers/distributors is advantageous.
  • A strong passion for the beauty industry.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Highly detail-oriented, capable of managing a diverse to-do list.
  • Exceptional time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be able to commute to the office a minimum of two days per week.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
