About the Role

The Client Relations Coordinator is a key member of the Client Relations team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Hermès clients. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Display and implement product knowledge, conveying the Hermès style, values, and vision
  • Follow-up and resolve all client issues and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Respond to client voicemails and maintain confidentiality
  • Place online orders and follow-up on pending orders
  • Resolve delivery issues related to e-Commerce orders
  • Maintain confidentiality and company policies for data protection and security
  • Adhere to all Hermès policy & procedures relative to role and responsibilities
  • Uphold high client expectations in every interaction
About You

We are seeking a team player with a strong ability to exercise appropriate judgment, a high level of attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar call center and/or customer service environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

The seasonal position offers a competitive hourly rate of US $20.00 and a full-time internship opportunity for 37.5 hours - 40 hours per week. We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
