About the Role:

As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, and live chat inquiries.

You will be responsible for answering client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information while demonstrating impeccable communication skills and product knowledge.

Additionally, you will be responsible for placing online orders, following up on pending orders, and resolving delivery issues related to e-Commerce orders.

As a key member of our team, you will maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

You will work closely with our team to provide a seamless client experience and contribute to the overall success of our eCommerce department.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar call center and/or customer service environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of French and/or Mandarin is a plus

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of US $20.00
  • A Full-Time Internship will be scheduled for 37.5 hours - 40 hours per week
