Multilingual Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities:
* Answer phones and respond to inquiries in Spanish and English
* Greet guests and manage the visitor log book
* Assist with mail distribution and use of mail machines
* Maintain a tidy conference room and front desk area
* Perform additional administrative tasks as requested
Requirements:
* Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English
* 6 months-1 year+ of office/administrative experience
* College degree is a plus but not required
* Basic Word / MS Office Suite skills
* Ability to self-manage tasks with minimal training and supervision
