Job Summary:

CBRE seeks a seasoned Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure building machinery meets rated life and oversee repairs and emergency maintenance.
  • Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
  • Ensure facilities and building systems meet applicable standards, review inspections of building and industrial systems to ensure equipment operation meets design capabilities and environmental conditions.
  • Oversee compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.

Requirements:

">
  • A minimum of four years of experience in commercial HVAC and Electrical systems maintenance and repair, or job-related experience.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Preferred certification in two or more of the following: Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC and Refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry, or engine repair, as well as CFC Certification.

Salary and Benefits:

  • The salary for this position is estimated at $86,800 per year, based on an hourly rate of $43-$45.
