This role supports the designated leadership with daily operations of all building systems, including hard surface maintenance and repair, basic carpentry and metal work. The successful candidate will operate, maintain, and repair facility system equipment associated with HVAC operations and mechanical and electrical systems.

A key aspect of this position is responding to customer requests, submitting and closing work orders as necessary, and performing other duties assigned by management.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $72,000, based on national averages and industry standards.

About the Job:

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a B.S. degree in engineering or a related field preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.

The Building Systems Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring safe practices and compliance with company and regulatory standards. They will also be qualified to operate or assist in operating all heating and ventilating equipment, engines, turbines, motors, combustion engines, pumps, air compressors, ice and refrigerating machines, air conditioning units, fans, and siphons on the site assigned.
