About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Indigo Real Estate Services. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of property maintenance, including grounds upkeep, repairs, and renovations.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and a proven ability to work independently. You will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will need to demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional results. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports, and provide input into budget planning and forecasting.
