Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Immanuel Campus of Care. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct resident care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, personal grooming, and light housekeeping.
  • Answer call lights promptly and ensure they are always within reach.
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, as requested.
  • Report any unusual signs or symptoms to the charge nurse immediately.
  • Assist with resident transfers, ambulation, and positioning, ensuring resident and associate safety.
  • Participate in admission, transfer, and discharge processes, ensuring rooms are ready for admission and assisting residents with belongings upon discharge.
Requirements
  • Arizona CNA License
  • Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will assist with the application process if needed)
  • Completion of a 2-Step TB Test (available on-site if needed)
  • Hands-on CPR/AED Certificate for Healthcare Professionals
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
