Job Summary

Immanuel Campus of Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct resident care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, personal grooming, and light housekeeping.
  • Respond promptly to resident calls and ensure call lights are always within reach.
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, and report any abnormalities to the charge nurse.
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental condition, reporting any changes or concerns to the nurse immediately.
  • Assist with resident transportation, transfer, and ambulation, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Participate in admission, transfer, and discharge processes, ensuring rooms are ready and assisting residents with their belongings.
Requirements
  • Arizona CNA License
  • Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will assist with the application process if needed)
  • Completion of a 2-Step TB Test (available on-site if needed)
  • Hands-on CPR/AED Certificate for Healthcare Professionals
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
