Join Ambrosia QSR as a Shift Leader and take on a dynamic role that requires leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and leading a team of employees to achieve sales goals and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Lead a team of employees to achieve sales goals and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Ensure excellent guest service by greeting every guest, resolving issues promptly, and promoting a positive dining experience.
- Train and develop existing staff, following training plans and systems in place to achieve targeted goals.
- Manage all food safety regulations and follow restaurant safety procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Serv Safe Certificate required.
- Sexual Harassment Certificate required.
- Shift control training completed in current restaurant and validated by the restaurant general manager and district manager.
- External hires must have 6+ months of direct food/retail lead experience.
- Medical - United Healthcare and Kaiser
- Sick Time - 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, no waiting period
