Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and empathy to patients and healthcare providers.
  • Use computer skills for data entry and other administrative tasks.
  • Multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Gather and review patient billing and medical information.
  • Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
  • Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.

Requirements:

  • 1 or more years of recent call center experience.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
  • Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
  • HS Diploma/Equivalent.
  • Must live in the state of Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky.
