Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and empathy to patients and healthcare providers.
- Use computer skills for data entry and other administrative tasks.
- Multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Gather and review patient billing and medical information.
- Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
- Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
Requirements:
- 1 or more years of recent call center experience.
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.
- Great work attitude and willingness to help others.
- HS Diploma/Equivalent.
- Must live in the state of Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky.
