**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Service Representative/Courier, you will play a crucial role in delivering nuclear pharmacy products and services to and from our clients, consisting of hospitals, physician's offices, community medical centers, and other hospital and medical facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure timely delivery of nuclear pharmacy products to predetermined customers on specific routes while meeting internal schedule and quality standards.
- Follow map/directions to locate delivery locations efficiently.
- Unload products as per client specifications while providing excellent customer service.
- Act as a customer service liaison for the company, including treating all internal and external customers with respect, listening to and assisting in resolving customer complaints.
- Inform management of complaints or requests in a timely manner.
- Accept returns from clients where applicable.
- Complete appropriate paperwork for deliveries and returns.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the inside and outside of delivery vehicles and facility.
- Assist with the stocking of products and supplies throughout the facility as well as tracking inventory.
- Notify Pharmacy Manager when products or supplies are low, need to be re-ordered or replaced.
- Perform routine safety checks on vehicles and pre-trip vehicle inspections according to company guidelines.
- Immediately report all vehicle maintenance issues or malfunctions to Pharmacy Manager.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures while safely carrying out the responsibilities of the position.
- Comply with all company safety standards, and all federal, state, and local laws.
- Obtain required DOT training and certification.

**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent with a valid state driver's license required.
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Must have the ability to efficiently plan routes and exhibit proper driving etiquette.
- Must have the ability to drive in all types of weather and road conditions safely.
- Ability to work a variety of schedules including early mornings, days, nights, holidays, weekends, overtime, and on-call as needed.
- Must possess excellent critical-thinking, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills, as well as good judgment and self-discipline.
- Prior driving, delivery, and/or customer service experience preferred.
