Medical Care Specialist

At the Center for Primary Care, we are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Augusta, GA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to our mission of improving the health and wellbeing of the families we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to restore optimal health.
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient management plans.
- Provide education and counseling to patients on health maintenance, wellness, and disease prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and successful completion of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program.
- Current unencumbered license to practice as a Certified Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) in the state of Georgia.
- Current certification from a recognized professional organization, such as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
