About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Parts Specialist to join our team at Bruckner Truck Sales, Inc. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of parts to meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer customer inquiries regarding part availability, pricing, and substitutions.
- Fill parts orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing precision measuring instruments when necessary.
- Advise customers on quality improvements and service bulletins related to part replacements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least two years of experience in a heavy duty truck or automotive parts department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
