Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid driving record; may require a CDL license and must provide a copy of the motor vehicle driving record prior to employment

• Ability to operate buses or other vehicles, adhering to all federal and state driving regulations

• Commitment to safe vehicle operation at all times

• Capability to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:


As a Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing safe and timely transportation for residents, which may include outings and medical appointments.


• Drive buses or other vehicles to designated locations while ensuring safe operation at all times.

• Schedule transportation routes as directed by the management team.


• Maintain accessibility to the management team during working hours via communication devices for any schedule changes or unforeseen circumstances.

• Ensure that all vehicles are kept clean and well-maintained.


• Complete and submit all required paperwork related to job duties in accordance with operational procedures.

• May be assigned additional responsibilities within the community when not engaged in driving duties.

• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $18.00/hr - $20.70/hr, based on prior work experience and qualifications.
