Job Overview

The Global Account Services Manager, also referred to as a Customer Success Manager, plays a pivotal role in managing relationships with key clients within Visa's Money Movement Solutions. This position is dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction with the services provided and actively working to enhance any areas of concern. Responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of global accounts, achieving significant revenue objectives, fostering relationships, and effectively addressing client inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance client relationships, serving as the primary liaison and coordinating with various internal teams to meet client requirements.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling Visa's products and services.
  • Support the negotiation of contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that align with both client and company objectives.
  • Contribute to client retention efforts by ensuring high levels of satisfaction and promptly resolving any challenges that arise.
  • Assist in developing strategies aimed at improving client services, driving sales growth, and effectively managing client portfolios.
  • Utilize reports to monitor progress, analyze performance metrics, and inform future strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and needs.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or at least 2 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or no experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field within the financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Excellent critical thinking abilities to effectively address issues related to client accounts.
  • A solid understanding of Visa's money movement products or services is advantageous.
  • Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn specific software or technologies, such as CRM systems.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.

Additional Information:

Work Hours: Varies based on departmental needs.

Travel Requirements: This role may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: The position will be performed in an office environment, requiring the ability to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and via telephone, and operate standard office equipment.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is between $132,300.00 and $191,800.00 annually, which may include potential sales incentive payments. Salary may vary based on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for bonuses and equity, and Visa offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and a Wellness Program.
