Role Summary:
The Account Service Manager, also referred to as a Customer Success Manager, plays a pivotal role in managing relationships with key clients within Visa's Money Movement Solutions. This position is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction with our offerings and addressing any areas of concern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance client relationships, serving as the primary liaison and coordinating with various departments to fulfill client requirements.
- Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
- Support contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both clients and the organization.
- Facilitate client retention by addressing issues promptly and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with our services.
- Develop strategies aimed at improving client services, driving sales growth, and effectively managing client portfolios.
- Utilize reports to monitor progress, analyze performance, and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align company offerings with client expectations.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of experience with an advanced degree, or no experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years in sales, customer service, or a related field within the financial services sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams. Excellent critical thinking abilities are necessary to resolve client account issues. Familiarity with Visa's money movement products is advantageous. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing time effectively. Experience with CRM software is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Information:
Work Hours: Varies based on departmental needs.
Travel Requirements: This role may require travel up to 10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: The position is office-based, requiring the ability to sit and stand at a desk, communicate effectively, and operate standard office equipment.

Salary Information: The estimated salary range for this position is between $132,300 and $191,800 annually, which may include potential sales incentives.
