ROLE SUMMARY

As a Field Claims Adjuster, you will play a vital role in assisting clients during challenging times. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting timely inspections and maintaining prompt communication regarding field claims.
  • Managing claims from initiation to resolution, including thorough investigation, documentation, and analysis of coverage.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with agency partners.
  • Participating in catastrophe response efforts as needed.

  • Preferred qualifications include industry training or certifications (AIC, CPSU, SCLA) and prior claims adjusting experience.
  • You should be capable of lifting and managing equipment exceeding 35 pounds.
