Job Summary

The Regional Sales Account Manager is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with prospective and current customers. This involves visiting current and prospective customers, conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction, and developing strategic sales plans. The role also focuses on building and maintaining strong business relationships, implementing strategies to expand the customer base, achieving budgeted revenues and margins, generating sales forecasts, and assisting in resolving customer product complaints.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage machine and kit sales
* Participate in trade shows
* Conduct sales calls and update CRM systems
* Provide support for new and existing customers and products
* Act as the voice of the customer to ensure their needs are met

Requirements

* A minimum of two years of experience in capital equipment sales
* Technical knowledge of machine functions (electrical and mechanical)
* Ability to travel frequently
* Skills in developing and maintaining business relationships
* Experience in generating leads and managing them through CRM systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, organization, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Software Experience

* Dynamics 360 CRM for lead management
* Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Work Environment

This is a full-time exempt position. The typical schedule is standard business hours with occasional hours on nights and weekends as business needs dictate. Willing to travel for business, customer visits, trade shows & events (domestic & international).
