Key Responsibilities
  • Consumer Engagement & Programming (60%)
    • Develop and implement national field marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement and brand growth.
    • Set and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for field marketing activities to align with business goals.
    • Create playbooks for field and below-the-line (BTL) marketing to ensure consistent execution.
    • Amplify local activations to a national level.
    • Lead brand communications with partners and build new partnerships for activations.
    • Maintain and grow relationships to strengthen brand presence.
  • Team & Agency Management (20%)
    • Manage agency resources and oversee a growing team.
    • Act as the lead for coordinating multiple agency partners.
    • Set clear goals and expectations and conduct performance reviews.
  • Budget & Administrative Management (10%)
    • Oversee budgets, manage financial goals, negotiate terms, and evaluate return on investment (ROI).
  • Sales & Distributor Collaboration (10%)
    • Engage with regional distributors and co-manufacturers.
    • Coordinate efforts between distributor sales reps and field marketing programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience in Field or Brand Marketing, ideally in the beverage alcohol or consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors
  • Strong skills in budget management, project management, and event planning
  • Experience in team training and management; sales experience is a plus
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for early mornings, nights, weekends, and travel
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually
