Position Overview
The Aquatic Solutions Technical Consultant plays a pivotal role in managing sales and providing expert technical guidance for key customer accounts and projects throughout California. This position involves supporting market and field development initiatives while ensuring effective stewardship of SePRO's aquatic technologies. It is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with robust technical and business development expertise, as well as a passion for the aquatics and environmental sector. This role allows for remote work with occasional travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships to promote, sell, and manage SePRO solutions in alignment with organizational goals.
- Deliver technical training and foster value co-creation with clients, including aquatic resource management professionals, water districts, government entities, and consultants.
- Leverage technical knowledge, sales acumen, and communication skills to drive support and growth of SePRO's aquatic technologies.
- Represent SePRO at industry conferences, training sessions, and outreach events.
- Effectively communicate customer and development initiatives within the organization using CRM software and other platforms.
The ideal candidate must be willing to travel regularly within the territory, with expected overnight travel (1-2 nights per week) for product stewardship, technical support, and related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience in aquatic resource management or related environmental science disciplines.
- Possession of a California Pest Control Advisor license or the ability to obtain one.
