Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Systems Analyst to join our Corporate Engineering team. This role will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to drive requirements gathering, business process optimization, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze business needs, translating high-level requirements into detailed specifications for new systems or system enhancements.
- Evaluate existing processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and defining scalable new processes to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and execute detailed test cases to ensure the quality of developed solutions, working closely with developers and stakeholders to fix issues found during testing.
- Plan, monitor, and control the scrum process, breaking down barriers to sprint progress, facilitating meetings, and working with product owners on backlog grooming.
- Provide feedback to stakeholders about project execution, quality, and status, synchronizing activities across different business units to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
- Fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
- 3+ years of experience in process optimization and systems analysis.
- 1+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Fusion Financials (core general ledger, quote to cash, procure to pay).
- Working knowledge of SQL development is preferred.
- Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and system testing.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- Adept at balancing multiple priorities and managing time effectively.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles and agile methodology.
- Understanding of corporate business processes and systems.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles, and each location may have a different range. The base salary range for this role is $84,150 to $99,000 in Denver, CO.
