Job Title: Business Data Analyst

Join Kaseware, Inc. as a Business Data Analyst and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software for law enforcement and corporate security customers. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to identify, build, and maintain reports and visualizations of their data, transforming data from legacy systems and importing it into Kaseware.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data management best practices to ensure data integrity and quality.
  • Work with clients to understand their data and visualization needs, providing system training and system administrator services as needed.
  • Write SQL scripts and queries to extract, migrate, and visualize client data, utilizing tools like Metabase and PowerBi.
  • Perform ad hoc and structured data analysis, identifying data issues and flagging them to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop complex reports and visualizations using SQL, PowerBi, and other utilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
  • Experience in data analysis, warehousing, and reporting, with skills in SQL and other programming languages associated with data analytics.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills.
