The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst Intern to join our team for a 10-week summer program. As a Finance Analyst Intern, you will support the NETS organization, working closely with the leadership team to provide financial insights and analysis for effective budget management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in managing operating and capital expense budgets for the Engineering, Technology, Product, and Marketing departments.
  • Participating in regular forecast updates and the budgeting process, working closely with the business to understand financial drivers.
  • Supporting the month-end process, ensuring accurate financial results and understanding variances to the budget.
  • Providing guidance and support to the leadership team in managing their budgets.
  • Contributing to the development of comprehensive financial reporting and streamlining reporting outputs.
  • Analyzing and re-designing core financial processes to streamline deliverables and increase actionable insights.
Requirements

To be eligible for this internship, you must be enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship, and graduating between August 2025 and May 2027. Preferred fields include finance, data analytics, or a similar background. You must also have proficiency in MS Office Suite, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and business partnering abilities, and a passion for financial analysis and FP&A.

Compensation

Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual's level of education, geographic location, and experience/qualifications aligned to the role. The hourly-based pay range is between $22.00 and $35.00 per hour.
