About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Manager to join our team at InsideHigherEd. As a Content Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating the development of high-quality content for our training events and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers and leadership to develop and implement content strategies that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Work with subject matter experts to design and develop training materials, resources, and technical assistance.
  • Manage and coordinate the content review process to ensure that all materials meet quality and accessibility standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project partners and stakeholders to ensure that content needs are met.
  • Provide coaching and training to project partners on content development and management best practices.
  • Design and implement processes and procedures for content management and review.
  • Oversee project content timelines and negotiate changes to timelines as needed.
  • Evaluate requested changes to content and communicate changes to team members.
  • Design and deliver project-related training and professional development opportunities.
  • Identify, capture, and analyze project-performance metrics for evaluation.
  • Serve as the statewide point of contact for all partners, contract managers, and communications teams seeking information and assistance with training content.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of special education and content review.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and innovate with new technology tools.
  • Experience working in programs and services for students with disabilities.
  • Knowledge of federal and Tennessee state laws regarding the education of students with disabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Special Education or related field.
  • Strong foundation in special education and content review.
  • Experience in content management and development.
