We are seeking an experienced Skincare Specialist or Esthiology Educator to join our team at Douglas J Companies. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in inspiring and educating our students in the art of skincare.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Mentoring: Teach assigned classes under the supervision and guidance of the Education Coach & Program Team Lead, helping students to fulfill their maximum potential in mastering course content.
- Knowledge and Expertise: Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge in teaching field, ensuring that students receive the best possible education.
- Classroom Management: Ensure student compliance with school rules and regulations, maintaining a professional and respectful learning environment.
- Grading and Feedback: Grade and return student work in a timely manner, providing constructive feedback to help students improve.
- Sanitation and Safety: Instruct students on proper sanitation methods and oversee sanitation efforts throughout the day, ensuring a safe and healthy learning environment.
- Leadership and Accountability: Demonstrate leadership and role model capabilities, holding others accountable for their actions and behaviors.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in skincare.
- Licensure: Must hold an active Esthetician license.

- Professional Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional school environment.
