Key Responsibilities:
1. **Educational Development:**
- Create and implement tailored lesson plans that meet the educational standards.
- Provide daily instructional activities aimed at facilitating academic progress and achieving graduation requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
2. **Classroom Management:**
- Establish a structured learning environment conducive to education.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate individual learning needs and ensure compliance with IEPs and 504 plans.
3. **Regulatory Compliance:**
- Ensure adherence to all educational regulations and standards set forth by governing bodies.
- Collaborate with educational authorities to fulfill documentation and reporting requirements.
4. **Integration of Treatment Services:**
- Coordinate educational activities with therapeutic services to support holistic client development.
- Provide regular updates on academic and behavioral progress to treatment teams and families.
