Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient unit operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the department remains current and compliant.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of RN clinical experience, with at least 2 years in Perioperative Services.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • BSN or health-related bachelor's degree.
  • Registered Nurse License (Oregon) and Basic Life Support certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of Critical Care experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of previous management experience in a similar role or in an acute care setting.
  • Certification in a specialization (CNOR, CPAN, etc.).

Notes:

  • Monday-Friday, with rotational weekend call.
