Health Services Director Memory Care Leader

The Reserve at Oswego is seeking an exceptional Health Services Director to oversee the Health Services Department. As a leader in the field, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality care of all residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement interim service plans in partnership with the Resident Care Coordinator to address changing care needs.
- Provide oversight and required documentation for third-party providers to coordinate care.
- Conduct routine audits and implement systems and protocols to maintain compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations.
- Maintain a monthly budget for the Health Services department and track staff training requirements.
- Full staff management responsibilities for healthcare staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, counseling, and discharge.
- Active nursing licensure (RN, LVN, or LPN) and a current state-specific driver's license.
- Proficiency in English and CPR certification.
- Experience in clinical nursing practice or long-term care administration preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to delegate responsibility and maintain overall responsibility and accountability.
