Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on process improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on process improvement and innovation.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with experience in project management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
