The SD-WAN Program Manager II will work closely with engineering counterparts to design and develop solutions that meet the needs of Providence caregivers and add value to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Provide hands-on project management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
- Communicate project status, progress, and results to management, stakeholders, and end-users.
- Manage timelines and availability of development resources, and coordinate dependencies between development streams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, or equivalent education/experience.
- 3 years of related experience, with 3-5 years preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years of experience in project management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
- Ability to plan, track progress, manage risks, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in leading and managing teams.
