About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer II to join our team at the Bidwell Hotel and High Horse Restaurant + Bar. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and restaurant facilities, providing exceptional service to our guests and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus two years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
  • Minimum four years of experience in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or building maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical systems, boilers, bathroom fixtures, and tiling and painting.
  • Ability to lift 75lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
