Position Overview:

ConsultUSA is seeking a dedicated Desktop Support professional to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring that all desktop computers and associated equipment are functioning optimally for our users.

Key Qualifications:

  • A degree or vocational certification in a relevant field, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in information technology, ideally within a tech-focused environment.
  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with PC technical support.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in desktop or desk-side support, demonstrating outstanding customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and various software applications.
  • Experience in troubleshooting software issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with active directory management.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a strong capacity for independent judgment and discretion.
