Role Overview:
In this long-term position, you will be responsible for providing assistance with all desktop personal computers and associated equipment. Your goal will be to ensure that all team members have the necessary tools to perform their job functions effectively and that these tools are maintained in optimal working condition. When required, you will also facilitate repairs with minimal disruption to users.

Key Responsibilities:
As a hands-on role, you will interact directly with end users. The responsibilities include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service while resolving desktop and desk-side issues.
  • Utilizing your knowledge of operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and various software applications.
  • Extensively troubleshooting software applications and leveraging available knowledge bases for proprietary software.
  • Administering Active Directory and ensuring user accounts are managed effectively.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in desktop support.
  • A background in Information Systems, preferably within a technology-focused environment.
  • The ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in various situations.
