The Bilingual Case Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting pretrial participants achieve their personal goals related to treatment, recovery, rehabilitation, and successful reintegration into a crime-free community.

Salary: $56,000 per year, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to address participants' specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with community providers to access essential resources, including housing, healthcare, and education services.
  • Engage in regular check-ins and monitoring to ensure participant compliance with supervision conditions.
  • Foster strong relationships with community partners to promote collaboration and information sharing.
  • Utilize database software, such as Salesforce, to track participant data and inform program evaluation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years' experience working in human services, preferably with populations affected by substance use disorders and the criminal justice system.
  • Fluent Spanish/English language skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the criminal justice system, court processes, and alternative to detention/incarceration services.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
