About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and implement new menu standards, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality guidelines.
  • Oversee food and physical safety protocols, providing annual training to all hourly associates.
  • Collaborate with vendors to procure high-quality ingredients, managing purchasing budgets and conducting financial audits.
  • Develop and implement innovative culinary concepts for retail, catering, and patient services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Strong culinary background with experience in high-volume facilities.
  • Proven management skills, with a passion for culinary arts and staying current with industry trends.
  • Experience leading and engaging culinary teams, with excellent human resource and supervisory skills.
  • Menu planning expertise and a strong understanding of current culinary trends.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with multiple audiences.
