We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth and success by executing a strategic sales plan to generate and develop opportunities across schools and organizations in your area.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate and develop opportunities across schools and organizations in your territory.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including athletic directors, coaches, group leaders, and administrators.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
About You
  • You have at least 2 years of sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • You are comfortable working in a quickly changing environment and adapt easily to new challenges.
  • You have a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-moving technology company.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 plus commission, uncapped with an average OTE of $70,000 - $175,000 in the first year. Additionally, you will receive:

  • A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K with a 4% match from the company.
  • 13 paid holidays and unlimited PTO.
