Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader at Coffee Cafe Chunara Food Group, you will be responsible for coaching Crew Members to execute operational standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Environment - Foster a positive team culture by communicating effectively, providing feedback, and recognizing achievements. Deploy team members to meet guests' needs and service standards.
Operations Excellence - Prioritize guest satisfaction and drive a sense of urgency among team members. Reinforce the use of systems and procedures to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
Profitability - Ensure restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are executed during shifts. Monitor labor costs, food costs, and cash, and report equipment issues and Crew Member performance feedback.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills
- Math and writing skills
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
- At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
