Outdoor Sales Representative

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Compensation and Benefits- A guaranteed weekly base compensation of $875 - $1,200, with opportunities for commission-based earnings
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical and prescription drug plans, financial health resources, and paid time off/sick leave
- You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand customer needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive sales growth
- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or marketing
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required; mileage reimbursement or car allowance available
